Saba was born in Iran into an artistic family. Much of her childhood was spent wandering in the streets of Isfahan, which is renowned for its architectural and artistic beauty. Her passion and talent for art was recognized and cultivated from an early age, and she was able to have her first exhibition during her junior year of high school.

At the age of 16 Saba immigrated to Vienna, giving her the opportunity to draw inspiration from European art history and from artists such as Caravaggio. It was during her time in Vienna that she gained an appreciation of the Baroque art. Fulfilling her lifetime goal, she pursued her education in Visual & Performance Art at the University of Texas in Dallas. She dedicated her honors thesis to the sacredness of the role of women in society and not being the victims of objectification, which were displayed at the Spin Gallery, and the Gallery 8680 in Dallas. Through her artwork Saba encourages the viewer to gain a deeper spiritual and emotional connection with the specific places and figures being portrayed.
